Layered Events Co. was created from a genuine love of bringing people together and helping meaningful celebrations unfold with ease. Founded by Kaitlin Mann, the business brings together her calm presence, strong organizational instincts, creative eye, and ability to manage the many moving pieces behind a memorable event.

With a background spanning education, executive administrative support, and years of planning celebrations for family and friends, Kaitlin brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and thoughtful attention to detail. Her professional event experience also includes leading wedding rehearsals and providing day-of coordination at an established Okanagan venue, working closely with couples, wedding parties, vendors, and venue teams.

These experiences have strengthened Kaitlin’s ability to manage timelines, anticipate needs, respond calmly to unexpected changes, and keep events moving smoothly behind the scenes. She understands that even the most thoughtfully planned celebrations need someone there to bring everything together—allowing the hosts and their loved ones to remain present and enjoy the day.

We hired Kaitlin as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and WOW is all I can say. This incredible woman went so far above and beyond for us that words hardly do it justice.

Leading up to the big day, her communication was phenomenal. Whenever we had a question or hit a snag, she was right there with quick answers, creative ideas, and solutions before we even knew we needed them.

On the day of the wedding, the weather took a turn with rain and chilly temperatures, forcing us into some last-minute adjustments. Kaitlin arrived completely unfazed and ready to hit the ground running. We had prepped a few basics for setup like the table decor, but we largely left the rest to her artistic intuition. With minimal direction, she took the vision in my head and brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. Everything looked absolutely breathtaking.

Kaitlin’s work ethic is unmatched—she literally never stopped moving. At one point, we even saw her running back and forth between the ceremony site and the reception barn just to make sure every single detail was seamless. Even when she accidentally cut her hand pretty deeply, she simply wrapped it up and kept pushing through with a huge smile on her face, refusing to slow down despite our insistence that she pause to get it checked out!

Looking back on our day, we know without a doubt that Kaitlin was the ultimate key to making it so seamless and unforgettable. If you want a stress-free wedding and a coordinator who will pour her absolute heart and soul into your day, do yourself a favor and hire Kaitlin. 10/10 recommend!

"From the very beginning, Kaitlin reached out and really took the time to understand my vision. She listened so closely to all of my inspiration, what I liked, and even what I didn’t like, which made such a difference throughout the process. She also took the time to really get to know me personally, and that translated so beautifully into the final invitation design.

She was incredibly patient and collaborative, continuously making edits and adjustments until we were both 100% happy with how the invitations turned out. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about getting every detail just right.

She took one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning and made it feel so easy and enjoyable. Her quality truly speaks for itself.
